Free Shipping

1. Return Period

Customers may apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the order. We may be unable to provide a refund or exchange service if more than 30 days have passed since the shipping date.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements: The item must be unused and in its original condition; The item must be returned with its original packaging; All accessories and attached parts must be returned together; Proof of purchase or order number must be provided. Items that do not meet the above requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, some items are not eligible for return, including: Used items; Opened and/or tried items; Items damaged due to improper use; Clearance items or Final Sale items; Gift cards. Please contact our customer service team if you are unsure whether your item is returnable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our shipping error, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please provide the following information: Your order number; Photos of the product; Photos of the package (if available). After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions for you: Item replacement; Full refund. No extra fees will be charged for the above services.

5. Exchange Service

Currently, we only provide exchange service under the following circumstances: Defective items; Items damaged during transportation; Incorrect items received due to shipping mistakes. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style or model, we recommend that you return the original item first and place a new order for your desired product.

6. Return Procedure

Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and return address. Please make sure to use a shipping method with tracking service when returning items. We may refuse packages returned without prior authorization.

7. Return Shipping Fees

Customers shall bear the return shipping fees unless any of the following cases apply: Defective product quality; Items damaged during transportation; Incorrect items shipped by us. The original shipping fee paid upon order dispatch will not be refunded once the order has been shipped.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the approval result of your refund application (approved or rejected). If your application is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account. Refund processing usually takes 7 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
