1. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment.
Order processing is conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Orders submitted after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your logistics tracking number and delivery details.
Please note that order processing time is different from logistics transportation time.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we provide shipping services for customers located in the United States.
The scope of deliverable destinations may vary according to the service coverage area of our cooperative carriers. If you cannot select your region at checkout, it means that delivery service is temporarily unavailable for that destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies by destination.

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 working days
The above delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays and other factors.
4. Shipping Fees
All our orders enjoy free shipping.
We may launch free shipping promotions from time to time. If any such promotion is ongoing, relevant information will be prominently displayed on the checkout page.
Once an order is shipped, the paid shipping fee will not be refunded.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 2 to 5 working days to update, depending on the carrier’s processing speed.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be incurred in accordance with the regulations of the destination country or region.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
